Awkward layout. The only way to get in one of the bedrooms is to go through another bedroom.

are you crazy! how many 3 bedrooms that
are not around 900K listed. It's a good deal.

While the market is hot it is a good deal... if the market falls it is going to be hard to unload as a three bedroom. I would have made it a master suite with an office and master bath. Easier resale. Also, good size for a home office or walk in closet (which would be part of the add on bedroom. Or they could have knocked a door into the kitchen for the third bedroom. If you rent out your extra rooms that person is trapped in their room, not convenient at all. They just added a room from a very large living room area and did not think out practicablity of having to leave the third bedroom in the middle of the night. No privacy, people are looking at their homesteads as oasis now and sellers should offer them that. It is priced as a one or two bedroom and I think that is a fair price for the property since it really is a two bedroom.
