The 1897 Merchant Bank of New York on Fifth Avenue (between 20th and 21st), being converted to luxury lofts, is seeing brisk sales. Glad to see folks appreciating this gorgeous Robert Maynicke landmark.

Amazing!!! Almost sold out simply by word of mouth.
I wonder how much money
the developer saved on not having
to advertise and convince people they should live in their building?
All developers should take note
for these types of buildings will
be truly luxury in the future.
As more and more glass towers go up, people will learn to appreciate
these historical structures.
Restoration and preservation makes money and keeps the character of the city.
selling for over 2,000 a square feet. Half the units sold in 10
days! They really have something going here.
Ahhhhhh... historic architecture. You know you will get incredible details (that you just do not get theses days) and a sturdy well made structure!!
